Executive Functioning Coaching

Build the skills to stay organized, focused, and on track.

Executive functioning coaching helps children, teens, and adults develop the planning, attention, and self-regulation skills that make learning — and life — easier.

What is executive functioning?

The brain's management system — and it can be taught.

Executive functioning refers to a set of mental skills that help us plan, focus, remember instructions, and manage multiple tasks. For many students — especially those with dyslexia, ADHD, or learning differences — these skills don't develop automatically.

The good news: executive functioning skills are teachable. With the right coaching, students learn concrete strategies they can use immediately — in school, at home, and beyond.

How coaching works.

01

Intake conversation

We start with a conversation to understand your goals, challenges, and history. No formal testing required.

02

Skill mapping

Together we identify which executive functioning areas are creating the most friction and where to focus first.

03

Strategy sessions

Regular one-on-one sessions where we practice, refine, and build on concrete strategies tailored to your situation.

04

Ongoing support

Coaching is iterative. We adjust as you grow, celebrate wins, and tackle new challenges as they come up.
